Féminité du bois
Created as part of the course Set Photography and Art Direction, presented by Charlotte Ratel and Olivier Charland at the École de design de l’UQAM

This photo triptych is an imagined advertisement for the perfume Féminité du bois. Wanting to highlight the asymmetrical, organic form of the bottle, as well as its deep colour that hints at the perfume’s sweet, musky scent, I played with light, shadows, and coloured glass. In these compositions, the bottle lives in a sort of Heavenly Garden - it is a strange tree which stands tall on the left, floats uprooted in a pond in the centre, and grows tall amongst gems on the right.
